DOT Physical & Drug Testing — Wildwood
If you are in need of a DOT physical to obtain a CDL or need to maintain your current CDL, call us at (352) 643-1034 for more information.
Once you arrive at your appointment, you will need to complete the necessary Department of Transportation paperwork. We will then administer a hearing and vision test. Next, we will examine you according to the areas listed on the DOT physical form. Lastly, we will need you to supply a urine sample.
Please note that the urine sample won't be used for drug testing but for medical examination only. Drug testing is sometimes required separately and can be completed at the same visit.
