All three of our Florida clinics are located inside TA Travel Centers — easy access for big rigs with ample truck parking.
Walk In — No Appointment Needed
We welcome walk-ins Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No need to schedule ahead — just show up.
Bring Your Documents
For DOT physicals, bring a valid photo ID, your CDL, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records (glasses, hearing aids, etc.).
Get Seen & Get Back on the Road
Our team works efficiently to minimize your wait time. Most DOT physicals are completed in under an hour.
